留学生のみなさんが安心して一橋大学での学生生活を送れるよう、オリエンテーションを実施します。授業の履修及び日本での生活に役立つ情報をご案内しますので、必ず詳細を確認してください。

This orientation provides useful information for international students on how to take classes and live in Japan so that you can comfortably enjoy your student life at Hitotsubashi University.

オリエンテーションスケジュール
Orientation Schedule

事前に参加申込みが必要なセッションもありますので、必ずご確認ください。

3月31日（月）10:00~11:30 の「履修登録説明会」には、各自タブレットやパソコンをご持参ください。

Please note that some sessions require pre-registration.　

We recommend you bring your own device such as tablets and laptops to the “Course Registration Procedure Explanation” session on March 31st , 10:00~11:30.

Course Registration Schedule

2025年度は一部の学部レベルの授業科目がWeb抽選対象となります。
For the academic year 2025, some of the undergraduate courses will be subject to the web lottery.

Web抽選（第１回は学部生のみ）/ Web Lottery (For 1st lottery, Undergraduates only)

・第１回 / 1st lottery: Sep. 8 (9:00 a.m.) – Sep. 9  (noon) → Result announcement: Sep. 10 (3:00 p.m.)

・第２回 / 2nd lottery: Sep. 10 (5:00 p.m.) – Sep. 11 (2:00 p.m.) → Result announcement: Sep. 11 (8:00 p.m.)

履修登録期間（秋冬学期・秋学期・冬学期・冬期集中）/ Course Registration Period (Autumn-Winter, Autumn, Winter, Winter intensive)

・Sep. 12 – Sep. 19

履修撤回期間（秋冬学期・秋学期・冬学期・冬期集中）/ Course Withdrawal Period (Autumn-Winter, Autumn, Winter, Winter intensive)

・Sep. 29 – Oct. 5

日本語教育プログラムの科目を履修したい方へ
For students wishing to take courses in the Japanese Language Education Program

日本語教育プログラムのウェブサイトを確認の上、必ず日本語プレイスメントを受験してください。
Please go to the Japanese Language Education Program’s website and make sure to take the Japanese Language Placement Test.

Hitotsubashi University Global Education Program (HGP)の科目を履修したい方へ
For students wishing to take courses in the Hitotsubashi University Global Education Program（HGP）

HGPのウェブサイトで科目のリストと時間割を確認してください。また、CELSで履修したい科目のシラバスを読んでください。
Please go to the HGP’s website and look over the course list and timetable. Also, read syllabi of courses you wish to take.

Registration Form for International Students

在留カードをお持ちの方は、全員必須です。一橋大学学生証と在留カードを入手した後、以下のフォームより外国人留学生情報登録を期限までに必ず行って下さい。在留カード（表・裏）とパスポートIDページの画像をアップロードする必要があります。登録期限：2025年9月30日

It is mandatory for all students with a residence card. Please  register your information at the online form below by the deadline after you receive your Hitotsubashi student ID card and residence card.  You’re required to upload photos of your residence card (front・back) and passport ID page.　Deadline: September 30, 2025
